Le Chat Noir is a carefully restored and renovated stone built 19th century cottage, in the beautiful rural Western Loire. It has great character offering spacious accommodation. Set in over an acre of land, in a peaceful location close to the village of Noyant. (5 mins by car)
The village has full facilities available. Tourist Information Office; Banks with cash point,Boulangerie, Butchers, tabac, supermarkets (intermarche) with petrol station, Post Office, Pharmacies,Restaurants, and an excellent Friday market. Theres a good local
french (English speaking) restaurant in Auverse l'oeildeboeuf. Golf course 15 minutes drive, larger towns of Bauge, La Fleche, Le Lude, Chateau-le-Valliere, Chateau du Loir are all within 30 minutes drive.

A Two storey property which is tastefully and comfortably furnished. It has a large lounge with beamed ceiling, Freeview TV/CD player with surround sound, open log burning fire, fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle. Washing machine and electric radiators throughout.
Upper floor:
Bedroom One with double and single/day bed, shower and hand basin. It has original stone tiles and has views across sunflower fields in the summer. Bedroom Two with two single beds, and double sofa bed, with shower and hand basin. Upstairs toilet, again with original tiled floor.
Ground floor:
Double bedroom on the ground floor. There are also two single folding beds and travel cot if required. A spacious Bathroom on ground floor with toilet and shower over the bath.
Outside:
There is a large sun terrace with patio furniture, wooden garden bench for warm nights sitting under the grape vines sipping on the local French wine. Barbecue and is set in over an acre of land, mainly grass with trees and shrubs. It is a very quiet location ideal for relaxing. The cottage is ideal for 2 families sharing.
