We have now had 2 lovely holidays here and hope to have a 3rd soon it is the peace and quiteness that we enjoy also the friday market in noyant - one of the best in france - followed by lunch at the "lion d'or" again thanks

I just wanted to drop you a line to say what a wonderful week we recently had at the le Chat Noir. What an enchanting cottage and an idyllic setting. I can't think of one negative comment. The cottage was well equipped and very comfortable. Based on the comments from the Visitors book, we were not the only ones who fell in love with the place, with many return bookings. The weather was kind and we spent the evenings with a BBQ, watching the owls and the stars above, spotting the Milky way and the satellites as they flew over. Also listening to a nearby donkey and the geese/duck from the local farm. The black cats soon appeared upon our arrival and were daily visitors spending most of the day in the garden. We look forward to visiting the cottage again soon, hopefully next year.
