is a 19th Century stone built cottage, situated in the Loire Valley. Based in a rural setting with well established gardens.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a family room with 2 single beds, and double sofa bed if required.
Sunflower and Poppy rooms are on the upper floor: Sunflower is a large double bedroom which has a shower and washbasin. It has a high beamed ceiling and red tiled floor, with wardrobe and set of drawers which overlooks the garden. The bedroom also has tv/dvd player
Poppy is the family bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed, it has a shower and washbasin. The bedroom has a video/dvd player/cd player
There is a separate toilet on the upper floor
Lavender Room: Is a large double bedroom on the ground floor, with wardrobe and bedside tables, it has a tv/dvd player and is next to the family bathroom.
Ground Floor: Is the lounge with settees and chairs with tv and ipod docking station. There is a small book collection and a variety of board games. There is also a double sided log burning fire, with plenty of wood
The kitchen is fully equipped, with cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster and microwave, dining table and chairs.
The converted hayloft on the ground floor is an ideal chill out room where you can read or listen to music, it also has additional dining table and chairs. There is a highchair if required.
The bathroom has a bath, over bath shower and toilet. The washing machine is stored under the sink area, you will also find an ironing board and iron
